Provisional booking
We suggest you contact us to check on availability and any concerns you may have as to mobility. We can then accept a provisional reservation which we will keep for seven days. We will send you the booking form, which should be completed and returned with the deposit and any insurance premium to reach us within seven days. We shall then send you a receipt and full confirmation. The booking form should be signed to signify agreement to the booking conditions. Balance payment is due as notified about six weeks before departure, and bookings made within the period should be accompanied by full payment. Flight tickets and your final itinerary will be sent to you about two weeks before departure.

Insurance
All participants must have adequate travel insurance. We ask you to supply details of the policy and the emergency numbers before departure. For British residents aged 84 or under we are able to offer comprehensive travel insurance from Templeton Insurance Ltd arranged by Gold Cover - at a premium of £22 (aged under 65) or £33 (65 or over) including IPT. Full details of cover are available on request and will be sent with your confirmation.
